A telecom company is seeking a Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, directing visitors, scheduling, conferencing, managing office supplies and equipment and processing mail. The Receptionist will also be responsible for report generation and database maintenance.
Requirements include having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, positive mental attitude, a willingness to learn our systems and express positive ways to improve our systems, have superb written and verbal communication, phone skills and the ability and willingness to handle customer objections or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Enter customer account information, notes and appointment information into our customer billing and support software applications.
Send and respond to customer emails.
Assist sales and service personnel in the fulfillment of customer needs.
Receptionist, billing and bookeeping duties as needed.
Other responsibilities to be determined.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. We are closed Sundays. Must have good computer skills including Internet, Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
